About Slow Fermentation

So what is slow fermented sourdough?

Salted Dough slow ferments each loaf for 15 hours. This enhances the flavor, bakes up a crispier crust, has the nicest chewy texture and has added gut health benefits. After fermentation, I shape and score each loaf with a unique design and bake it to perfection.
